Biometric Authentication for PDI

Hello all,

 

When I trying to login to my PDI, I am getting this authentication:

I even tried "Try another way to verify",  and provided my e-mail address, but no 6 digit verification code is sent.

How can I avoid this Biometric authentication to my PDI?

Try to reset the PDI, Servicenow stopped MFA on pDI.

Resetting the PDI means?

Go to develop site and. In side right drop down you will get option reset

 

Which means your all work will be removed and you get ootb as like fresh PDI.
