Blank error message displayed when a record is saved

Hi,
When I put an RITM from "In Progress to on hold" and set the onhold reason as 'Awaiting Incident' or 'Awaiting Change' the parent field becomes mandatory, so we select an INC or CHG based on the reason and save the record. The record gets saved and when the form reloads, a blank error message is displayed on the RITM form. I don't know if such message could be configured even if we want to!
I have checked all the BRs and Client scripts and UI policies but there is no trace of any info or error message being set up in the scripts. Enabled debug option found out all the scripts running on form load but couldn't get any message set up for this scenario.
Any help would be appreciated!

Definitely some script is showing that message

Yes, but the scripts did not have any messages written.
