Breach on due date SLA

Hi,

In an SLA definition, I have selected the Duration Type field as Breach on due date. It is calculating weekends as well. I do not want that. I have kept the below settings and Assignment group support hours are from Mon-Fri.

Duration type – Breach on Due Date

Relative duration works on – Task record

Schedule Source – Task field

Schedule source field – Assignment group support hours.

Hi @Nolan4 ,

Please check the schedule configuration, as this is the schedule where Saturday - Sunday should be left out.

Hi @Nolan4

You will have to create a schedule, in the cmn_schedule table, and in the related list of that schedule you can create a schedule entry where you can select the options.

You can refer to the OOTB one:

and in the SLA definiton, you can add that schedule
