I need to get a list of all breached incidents in my group's current incident queue

Hi @stuarttodhunter,

 

you can go to [task_sla] table and select the query similarly to this example:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/task_sla_list.do?sysparm_query=task.assignment_group%3D477a05d153013010b846ddeeff7b1225%5Ehas_breached%3Dtrue

 

Replace the instance name and the assignment group's sys ID as marked in red above.

You can used the query (again, replace the sys ID):

task.assignment_group=477a05d153013010b846ddeeff7b1225^has_breached=true

 

And eventually adjust filters for incidents created this year, this month, etc..

Hi @GlideFather ,

 

It's better to utilize the incident_sla instead of task_sla, as you by that make the database query smaller (for performance sake).

Utilize the OOTB database view incident_sla to get the details that you need.
