Build custom component in service now and integrate with external api (AWS or others)

Hello all,

I am trying to build some custom components in service now using service now cli  and looking for direction of how to populate data into the component with an external api (aws) and deploy it to service now . Is it possible  and what are the ways to do it ?

 

P.s - I am able to build a component and intergrate with data/table present in service now but looking for options or direction on how to integrate with external api's . The goal is to build multiple components and host it as an app.

Hello Krishana,

 

I have not tried, however it seems it should be possible if you able to access those API inside snow. we may need to update CSP if it blocks other domains.

Do you foresee any challenge or just looking for advice on best way to do that?
