Bulk users upload

We have a request that we need to upload 500 users in servicenow system how to do that .

as u can see in the below image they have provide me xls with data .

we need upload users with there associated manager .  

how to do this please provide me steps with screenshots

you can use data load, transform map for this and create correct field maps etc
