Business rule is not triggered.

Is there anyway to detect why my business rule is not triggered for one record though it is fulfilling the condition?

It is working fine for every record and and also the gs.log writing log statement to system log but don't know why it is not triggered for the flagged record.

Can you try the business rule logic in the background scripts or fix scripts

I tried that already and it worked.

But actually need to know why it is not triggered when the condition matched initially.

can you post the BR script with the screenshot for more clarity with trigger condition and specific record which wasn't triggered

Can you see if there is any other business rule with conflicting order or same condition?

and did this happen to just one record?
