Not finding a forum on Change Management, so I'm starting here.
Our group has decided to start using the CAB Workbench for the Technical Review/Approve on changes.
Currently all our Normal Changes as for:
1. Manager Approval
2. Group Manager approval - if they are different
3. Technical Review Approval
4. IT Management Approval
in the Technical approval, the work flow only require 5 approvals to move from the Asses state to the Authorize state.
When the CAB Manager sees the state change to Authorize and presses the NEXT button in the CAB workbench, a confirmation pop up appears stating that the task hasn't been approved, even though the state has moved to Authorized.
In our IT management CAB, once the change is approved from Authorized to Scheduled, this popup goes away.
I'm not sure where this is controlled and I assume this is controlled by State value.
Where would i go to modify this?

Hi @EricG
As far as I know and understand the ServiceNow platform, the CAB meeting/agenda is based on the conditions set in agenda management. It has no direct relationship with the number of approvals defined. If a change appears in the agenda, it will be reviewed in the CAB Workbench. After clicking on approval, it will follow the standard approval flow accordingly.

Thanks, but that isn't helping. I followed what was shown for the agenda items and meetings.
Still getting the popup message.

Is the approver actually approving the change during the meeting or not?

The approvers are approving in the Workbench, and it is still Requiring the CAB manager to click the Approve Button.
Appears that CAB WorkBench will not record the fields for the module and wants to confirm that you want to proceed without updating the agenda Item.
I compared this to the next CAB meeting we have, while the appropriate # of CAB Members approve the change in the Workbench, and the Change state moves to "Scheduled". the CAB Mananger isn't required to click on the approve button. HE can click next and go to the next change.
How can i bypass this confirmation message?
