call global event from scoped application

Hi,

 

i want to call global event from scoped application.

i am getting below error.

Access to event 'global.****.incident.customer_complaint' from scope '***** - ESC' has been refused. The event is not defined.

Try creating record in "sys_restricted_caller_access" from your source scope(scoped) to target scope (global).
