Caller card appear immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

In Service Operations Workspace, on the Incident form , the Caller card (right-side preview panel) only appears after the record is saved. Is there a way to make the Caller card appear  immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

when I select Caller In Incident is it not populating Caller Information.

This is how it looks for me after saving the inc record. What card do you mean here?

I want to get populate before saving.
