Caller card appear immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

In Service Operations Workspace, on the Incident form , the Caller card (right-side preview panel) only appears after the record is saved. Is there a way to make the Caller card appear  immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

That is not a caller card. That is 'activity log' for that record which shows up only after the record is saved. You cannot get it before saving.

In the Interaction form, the Caller card appears immediately on the right-hand side as soon as a Caller is selected. However, on the Incident form, the Caller card only appears after the record is saved. We'd like to replicate the same behavior on the Incident form — having the Caller card display as soon as a Caller is selected, without needing to save the record first.

I resolved this -In sys_ux_screen table Oen Record Information SNC -Screen Condition -controller.sowrecordctrl.inputs.inputTable=incident^ORcontroller.sowrecordctrl.inputs.inputTable=ineteraction and then edit, Macroponent Configuration- usersysid value  add caller_id .
