Caller field doesn't show result based what you type instead it shows all the records of user table.

Hello All,

 

This issue is only related to SOW. Default view, SOW view of incident works but just not on Service Operation Workspace. 

Issue: When agent types initial of name and click on magnifying glass of caller field on incident, it shows all the records of sys_user table instead of names based on what you typed. Please find screenshot below

 

I typed Diana on caller field and clicked on magnifying glass to get a full name and result show all the records instead of name related to what I typed on caller field.

Agreed on this, it seems like a bug. I tried it in my PDI and experienced the same behavior. It's better to log a new support case to get it addressed.

I have checked in my PDI and it worked for me

when you are typing make sure the value is not selected on the field

value would be been selected when you clicked on the magnification icon.

clear the value and point your curser at somewhere else and type something on the field and click on the magnification icon
