It's not straightforward without first determining the type of integration you are aiming to build.

Each integration is unique, whether it's LDAP, SSO, REST, SOAP, MID Server related, or a Spoke.

The prerequisites will vary depending on the specific type of integration you plan to implement.

To start with integration

Need end point URL

Need username and password

Need table and field mapping

Need drop down / values mapping

Type of integration 2 way or 1 way
