Can Business Days be Used for Reporting

Is there an out of box feature to allow using "business days" in reporting?  If not, how can this be accomplished.

We are looking to report on incidents in the state of "new" for more than 7 days, but we want those days "business days" only, also excluding holidays.

I would recommend you to go with a SLA, since here there can be defined a duration, schedule etc.
