Can I create single a report on the below requirement

How can i create a single report :
total incidents logged for each priority & "Closed+Resolved" incident count for each priority in a particular time frame.

To be specify i want to show created+(closed+resolved) in column and row in priority.
Is that possible.

In standard reporting, it is not possible as a single count. I believe it might be possible in PA, but it needs to be checked.

Can we create a metric for created and closed+resolved.

The metric is not for this purpose, metric is used to see how much time is spend or taken a group for an incident.
