Can I fix a default fix list view for all users?

Dear experts,

I would like to fix a default fixed list view for all users, how should I do so? But also leave in an option to let them personalize if they want.

what's your requirement? share screenshots.

You can have a left nav module which takes user to list view of table

If users have "personalize_list" role then they can add the fields on list as per they wish

Navigate to Lists module under system UI in Left Navigation panel and then go to this list in content panel, use the below filter and choose the view and table according to your requirement for setting the default list for all the users except the personalized list users.

HI @ChuanYanF , Right click on any column header for the required table and select configure< List Layout and select the required fields. It will be applicable to all users with default view.
