Can somebody assist me with LDAP error "LDAP Server: Global LDAP URL: ldap://glbdirqr.global.us.shldcorp.com:389 failed scheduled connection test. ErrorCode: 40100. ErrorMessage: Did not get a response from the MID server after waiting for 55 second"

We have received below error with LDAP transaction.can anybody pls help me to correct this.
LDAP Server: Global LDAP URL: ldap://glbdirqr.global.us.shldcorp.com:389 failed scheduled connection test. ErrorCode: 40100. ErrorMessage: Did not get a response from the MID server after waiting for 55 seconds.

Can you check whether the mid server on the server is UP? You can also restart it and check the connection.

Did you manage to resolve this issue?
It probably comes from the Listener failure but we are not able to get the reason.
