Hi Sreenath,
I checked about Stackstorm on web and it seems they do provide a REST API which can be consumed from any application for example in ServiceNow.
Read through below links and finalize your requirement and accordingly consume the API by creating Rest Message in ServiceNow
REST API access — StackStorm 2.2.1 documentation
Actions — StackStorm 2.2.1 documentation

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.

Hi Sreenath,
See they have their REST API which must be having some predefined methods and their functionality.
I am not much aware of what it does but the links I gave should help you.

Hi Sreenath,
Any update on this?
I hope my earlier comment has provided you much information on what you needed.
Could you mark the answer as correct, helpful and hit like if you were able to achieve the requirement. This also helps in removing the question from unanswered list. Thanks in advance.
Regards
Ankur
