There could be several reasons why the newly created user is not appearing in the org chart filter results in ServiceNow. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the user record: Make sure the user record was created successfully and that all the necessary fields are populated. You can do this by navigating to the User table in ServiceNow and searching for the user record. If the record is incomplete, you may need to fill in missing information.
2. Check the user's manager: Ensure that the newly created user has a manager assigned to them. If the user does not have a manager assigned, the org chart may not display the user correctly. You can verify the manager by checking the Manager field on the user record.
3. Check the org chart settings: Verify that the org chart is set up correctly and is configured to display the user record. Check the filters and the search criteria to ensure that they include the newly created user.
4. Check the security settings: Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions to be displayed in the org chart. Check the user's roles and groups to make sure they have access to the org chart.
5. Clear the cache: Try clearing the cache in ServiceNow to see if that resolves the issue. You can do this by navigating to the Cache Management page and clicking the Clear Cache button.
Let me know if it resolved the issue.
