Hi Under Icon field you havent added any images hence the update and delete is not showing. Add a image over there and save you can see same as Logo field

service portal configurationand then branding editor, select your respective portal and change your portal logo.

e.g sp portal, in your case select your portal

Thank you, this helped me out.  I was having the same issue.  Unfortunately, this only let me replace the logo and not the icon for the portal.  I ended up using a background script to clear the icon out from the portal record. Once the field was empty the add icon link showed up as expected.
