Can't do right click on the banner to save the form

Hello, 

 

I'm having an issue in the Catalog Task form, whatever view I used, when I add a related list to it, it does not allow me to do right click on the banner and right click on any field to view the options. This is happening with just a specific related list, if I add a different list it works fine.

 

How can I troubleshoot this? I have read that it could be because of a script or something like that, but I was not able to find anything.

 

I really appreciate any help!

Hi, based on your description and screenshot it sounds like something is failing\erroring during load and so the UI actions are not available to you. You could enable developer tools\console in your browser and check for errors, otherwise it might just be a case of working through Client scripts and UI policies to see if setting one inactive allows your form to load completely (the UI menus are accessible).
