can't edit business rule, script action input

Hi,

I'm a new ServiceNow user, and am trying to test an integration. I've started a PDI, and I'm in Business Rule, Script Action but I can't edit the Script field.  Have I missed a step?find_real_file.png

Hi Peter, 

Have you selected the correct Application Scope for your Business Rule? You will need to be in the same scope as the business rule to edit it.

You can change the scope using the Unified Navigation Header as shown above.

Yes the application scope is correct. I tried the other too just in case but no change.

Hi peter,

Actually before Servicenow use to give access to most of the things and we had to use ACL's to restrict 
now its other way around lot of things are restricted and we have to give access.

So try to find any ACL on the table check if admin role is restricted. check roles and before query business rule as well.

Check if this field is read only. by right clicking on script label and selecting configure dictionary.
