Hi,
I'm a new ServiceNow user, and am trying to test an integration. I've started a PDI, and I'm in Business Rule, Script Action but I can't edit the Script field. Have I missed a step?

Hi peter,
Actually before Servicenow use to give access to most of the things and we had to use ACL's to restrict
now its other way around lot of things are restricted and we have to give access.
So try to find any ACL on the table check if admin role is restricted. check roles and before query business rule as well.
Check if this field is read only. by right clicking on script label and selecting configure dictionary.
