Hello Everyone,
Now we are having MFA enabled from yokohama release
is it possible to add any configurations MFA i mean
for particular browser , location , particular user ?

MFA cannot be configured to behave differently for different browser
Location basis yes -> Use Location Filter in MFA Context
You can change MFA setting for some users -> MFA enforcement exception

You can use user based or role based MFA criteria but browser based would not be supported. Refer below documentation link for more details,
