Can we add custom coloring /styling to list actions

Hello everyone,

I see there are only  three ways(Primary , secondary , tertiary) ways to style a button. Is there any way to add custom styling to the list action buttons? I wanted to add Destructive style(present for UI actions) to one of the list actions.

This says about UI actions , Can we add UI actions for the list in UIB? My usecase is within manager workspace , where i have created a list and trying to display this actions
