@SayaliP25747147 I am not sure what is your use case but I don't think it is possible to add image as hint.

You can't show image in HINT or HELP TEXT as it's not supported
But you can use UI macro and include image in it and show near reference field (Only in native and not workspace)
Example:
UI macro - includes db image
Add that in dictionary using ref_contributions

It's unclear if you want to add this image to the backend (if so, @Ankur Bawiskar has you covered).
However, if you want to add an image to the help text within a catalog item on the self-service portal then yes you can.
