Can we Connect with Live Agent Without having the "Show Me Everything".

Hi All,

 

Can we connect to Live Agent support using Agent chat without having the "Show Me Everything" option after initial messages or with out clicking on the Live Agent Support after the initial messages?

 

Note: We are not using "IT service management virtual agent Lite" or "Virtual Agent"
