Hi,
While executing the test cases if any test case fails then can we raise a bug/defect/incident within ServiceNow to fix that issue? Can anyone help me on my query?

@meghashyampenta You can't raise an incident/bug/defect directly on ServiceNow. However, you can raise a case with ServiceNow support using Hi portal/ServiceNow support portal in Something is broken category and mention the steps to reproduce the issue. If the issue gets reproduced by the support team and if they see that there are no problems/known issue already reported for it then they will create a problem ticket and share the release name in which it will be addressed.
