Can we create exact copy of Service operation workspace

Hello All,

My requirement is to Create copy of the OOTB workspace: Service Operations Workspace is it possible to create a one?? if yes Any clarifications you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks!

This video showed me how to create a copy of the SOW. I didn't have the the configure workspace option, but was able to get to there by going to All -> UI Builder.
