Can we give make Update All option available for Service Desk agent role ?

We are trying to give Update all option to a certain role eg. Service Desk Agents. Is it possible to give the access to this option ?

By update all, do you mean update on any record on any table in the system?

Hi Manoj,
1.Go to System UI -- >UI Context menus and find out the record with name "Update All".
2.Modify the condition of the "Update All" action according to your need,
Note: It is a global action so it will affect all the table.

The UI Context menu checks for the role "list_updater". You could grant that role to your service desk agents.
