Can we give make Update All option available for Service Desk agent role ?

We are trying to give Update all option to a certain role eg. Service Desk Agents. Is it possible to give the access to this option ?

this is an old thread but if anyone is interested there is a role called list_updater, just give that to any group you want to have the update all function and you're good to go.
