Hi Naresh,

please correct me if i did not understand your requirement correctly.

you want to create two reference field on same table.

are those fields referring to two different different table? if yes then you can create but if it's on the same table and in first field you want to select Name and in second you want to display Mail-Id then it's not possible . at a time one column name will be appear. if you will made changes in display then it will impact in both the fields or existing fields that is referring to sys_user table.

Yup...you understood in the correct way.

1) So how to have a solution for the requirement.

2) I want mail id to be populated.

3) I understand a point that the display value is to be made true for Mail Id in sys_user table.

4) I checked the sys_user table, all the fields is having the display value as false.

5) how it is taking bu default as "name".

Hi Naresh,

below thread can give you better understanding.

Search Reference field like Caller field using email id istead of user name.
