Can we send an email from the same instance mailbox to the same instance in servicenow ? I have read somewhere that it detects looping and puts that mail in ignore status . Is there any way to alter this ? so that I can send mail to same instance .

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , thanks for your prompt response. Actually we built two applications on the same instance just for demo purpose , in which we have to send a outbound email to the another application in the same instance, When I tried this first it sent an email but later on , I guess it started detecting looping and all the mails were paused at ignore stage. Just wanted to know if there is a way to do this ?
