can we test SCHEDULED job in ATF?

Hi,

I have an ATF where I need to test the schedule job but as per development it will run on specific dates 

for example :-scheduled job will run July 1st 2022

so can I test such scenarios in ATF?

Hi,

There is no need for scripting or additional customization!
This will only cause you a lot of needless problem & waste of time.

Simply use the respective OOB ATF tests: 'Record Query' (query the Scheduled Jobs table: Scheduled Script Executions to find the exact Scheduled Job record you are interested in); 'Open an Existing Record' (to specify the record found by the 'Record Query' step to be opened) and then 'Click a UI Action' (to click on the 'Execute Now' button, available in the opened record form).

You can just verify if schedule job exists or schedule job ran or not

You can schedule your ATF to run on 1st July and check the above
