Can we use 1 flow for multiple catalog items?

Hello,

Can we use 1 flow for multiple catalog items? If yes, can you through some light on how to use it? 

I have 100s of software catalog items and we want to use only one flow for approval purpose. i don't want to create 100s of flows by creating 1 flow for each item.
