Can you add videos or video links to the Service Catalog

I am hoping to add a new category, once you select the category I am hoping to either have The Most Popular How To's as either a video or a video link.

I am also interested in the system impacts of doing this. Good and Not Good.

You could use the OOB 'Content Item' functionality available with the Service Catalog application - link to documentation.

You could set the content type to a knowledge article where you have embedded the video you wish to display, or alternatively you could set the content type to external content and then provide a URL to the video.

As far as the system impact. I would recommend story 1 hour long videos if you store them on the video table. If you are using youtube links, that will be based on the network bandwidth.
