Cancel Running BR

Hello, 

I run a business in a large amount of data (12000) , i would like to stop the process of those BR , i used: /cancel_my_transaction.do and i got : All transactions have completed, nothing to cancel but i still see some BackgroundProgressJob in active transaction.
 any ideas how to stop this process.

Hello Soukanya, Try to open the All active transactions in new incognito window or else seek help from someone who could kill the transactions. Mark the answer as correct and helpful if it helped you... Regards, Chalan
