cannot add Attachments portal

Hi,
I have an issue while uploading attachment to portal.
I created new table and also created record producer.
when I try to open ticket from portal the add attachment button dose not add the attachment to the record, howover on the attachment table, the attachemnt is added to the attachment  table with table_sys_id 0.
