Cannot add work notes and comments from ServiceNow to Jira ticket

Hi, 

I have integrated from ServiceNow to Jira with REST API. I'm able to create the ticket and update the ticket from ServiceNow to Jira but I am not able to add the work notes and additional comments from ServiceNow to Jira.

Please share your current configuration so I can help you out with this integration.

It is most likely a configuration or permission issue.

 

There is a tool called Exalate, which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over, and it will be able to help you with this integration.

 

You can send over all work notes and additional comments from Snow to Jira no problem.
