Cannot configure Service Operations Workspace in UI Builder

On the Home page of UI Builder, I cannot open and configure the Service Operations Workspace (SOW); it does not show up in the list due to ACL:

If I go to the table 'sys_ux_app_config' I can open the record just fine:

Why can't I access the same via UI Builder? Also, I have created my own Experience, which is also being ommited from the UI Builder homepage, even though I created it... I have full admin rights and the instance is Vancouver

Hello, we were also having that issue after upgrading from Tokyo to Vancouver. I found after some testing that just clicking to sort one of the columns made the security constraint message disappear and I was able to view the SOW in the list again.

SOW is protected OOB and not editable via UI Builder. You can make some small adjustments to specific elements in platform, but that is all.

I want to add the reports in the Service Operation Workspace, so that I made the change in the SowIncidentLandingPageUtilsSNC and SowIncidentLandingPageUtils script includes and also change the order of the screen on the homepage.

Still I'm not able to view the reports on workspace.

Could you please provide update on this?
