cannot find "request lab instance" button

I just started learning service now. im in the first course "introduce to app engine studio for citizen developers". The intoduction of course mentioned I need to request lab instance before I begin on the hands-on activity. But i cannot locate the page which allows me to request lab instance.

It should be there in the Now learning course itself if that course has some lab exercises.

I enrolled in that course and I am able to request a lab instance.

Try to logout and login after sometime
