Cannot Select "Do Not Select First Choice" in Service Catalog Multiple Choice Variable

I am trying to update a Service Catalog Item some consultants did for us.  In it, there is a Multiple Choice Variable they created where there are multiple options, but they have selected the "Do not select the first choice" check box on the Default value tab.

I am trying to create another variable that is set up essentially EXACTLY the same way.  However, this "Do not select the first choice" check box does not seem available to me.  I cannot update it.

I see that there is another check box of the same name on the "Type Specifications" tab.  If I select this one, as soon as I try to save it, or move off the tab, it removes that check box for me.

What is going on?  Why am I unable to update this check box?  By the way, we are on Jakarta.

Here is a screen print:

Hi,

Can you please check the tabs if there are duplicate fields for "do not select first chouce"?

If yes, you should remove one of those because if overlaps the update.

Thank you

Dante

You are creating a Multi Choice Value? Are you on the default view. If yes, try switching to the Advance view.

Can you send a screenshot of the variable you are creating?

I do not see an "Advanced View" option.

I am creating a Multiple Choice variable, as shown in the screen print I provided.  Here are more screen prints:

As I mentioned, from what I can seem this is set up pretty the same way as another Multiple Choice variable that we have where that "Do not select first choice" check box was able to be checked.  Not sure why this one doesn't allow that.

That was it!  It was on both the "Type Specifications" tab and the "Default Value" tab.

It is not like that in our PROD instance.  Teh Consultants must have done that.

I removed it from the one, and it works perfectly now!

Thanks!
