Cant find language picker in the Language & Region

Hello Developers!

Can anyone tell me how can I show the language picker ?

we are on Zurich release

This has no dependency on any release like Zurich or Australia.

if your instance has any 1 other language plugin activated then that language picker is shown in Preferences

Instance 1 -> no language plugin activated

 

sys_language table

Instance 2 -> language plugin activated

sys_language table has 2 other language active other than English
