Is there any object/module under the sn_customerservice or Incident that has native fields to capture the call "duration" and "direction" (incoming/outgoing)?
I know custom fields can be added to support this, but I want to know if these fields are present by default in any of the modules. If yes, I plan to post/get these parameters using the REST API.
