We are trying to configure Cascade Filters for our Dashboard reports and wondering how we can access this filter inside Platform Analytics Workspace. The cascading filters are available in the CSM workspace. Our need is to build a dashboard bridging SLA’s and Case information into one report with interactive and cascading filters. This multiple table option was not available in CSM workspace and facilitated us to use the PA workspace.
Attached is an image of the dashboards with non cascading filters. These dashboards are running from the PA workspace into the CSM workspace in a unified manner. Objective is to have Cascading filters.
