Case Creation Configuration ignored in new configurable workspace

We are upgrading to the new configurable workspace/agent chat on Tokyo and have noticed there are fields missing when we go to create a new case in the new workspace. 

 

Here is the case creation page in the new workspace. In our Case Creation Configuration record (sn_hr_core_config_case_creation), we have configured this page to also show the Created by and Active fields, however those are missing in the new workspace (they were present in the legacy workspace).

It seems the Case Creation Configuration record is being ignored in the new configurable workspace. Is there a new place to configure this feature? Or a new step so these updates are accepted?
