Case statement for a string Field

I'm trying to create a new field using case statement inorder to have no empty values in a field i.e when the field value is empty or null i want to add some data using another field

Eg: If the Configuration Item is null for a ticket, based on assignment group field i want add some values to it. 

 

Is it possible to do using ServiceNow Performance Analytics?
