Catalog Builder - Preventing Display Label contents from being submitted

Situation:

I design Catalog Items using Catalog Builder. I use the "Display Label" feature to notify users when they fill up the forms as a logic based guidance.

Problem:

However, when users submit a (Catalog Item) form from Portal, the Display Label texts also gets submitted and appears in the resulting tickets. The Rich Text Display Labels becomes looks messy in the ticket output.

Question:

How to prevent Display Label contents from being submitted as part of a Catalog Item form submission, so that the submitted ticket looks clean?

Can you attach a screenshot of what you're referring to? It's more than likely that a UI Policy can simply hide the display label on the resulting record....unless you have some other logic occurring
