Catalog Checkout widget -Requested for field should populate based on catalog item variable

When I am trying to order an catalog item from portal In the requested for Variable I have selected system administrator when i click on Order Now button , on catalog checkout widget it is showing Logined in user  . How to change requested for value to variables requested for  as showned in the above image 

I am check on catalog widget ,someone can help me to resolve the issue

Sorry buddy, I am not a coder, but if you read the code you will get the idea.

This requires changes to Widget and we always avoid customizing this especially as its used for all the catalog forms and I am sure you must be already aware of this.

As Atul has already given you the reference, you should make the changes to the Client Controller and Server Script by taking a copy of Catalog Checkout Widget.
