Catalog item is not coming in search results in esc portal

Hi all,

 

We have catalog item (table A) which extends catalog item (sc_cat_item) table. Some Catalog items are created through integration into table A. Those items were not coming in search results in esc portal. The item is included in taxonomy also.

 

But when we go through the taxonomy, the item is visible. Only it was not coming in search lists in esc portal.

 

Can you please help me on these issue?

@Nagendra Babu32 Navigate to search sources and see if you need to make changes in the script and add your table name here.

Thanks for your reply.

Let me make you clear. The items in new table A which are created by us are coming in search results but items which are created through the integration into table A  are not coming in the search results.

@Nagendra Babu32 Please check the following.

1. Check if there are any filter applied to exclude catalog item created via integration in Search sources

2. Check if there is any query business rule applied on the table A which filters record created via intgration.

Hi @Nagendra Babu32 ,

 

Add the field 'Availability' to the Catalog Item and set it to Desktop and Classic Mobile. You should now be able to see the Item.

In this case, it was previously set to NONE.
